　　A. For enterprise consumers:
　　1. The bank collection customers can pay through the bank. They shall inform the Company in time of account changes or deposit shortage, to make up for the necessary changes and the payment.
　　2. The non-bank collection customers can pay according to the date and place stated in the bill. In case of exceeding the deadline, payment can be made directly at the office of the Company located at 16, Liaohe Xi No 2 Road.

　　1. The payment of bank savings customers will be made through the bank. Customers shall deposit for further payment in case of savings shortage. The business is carried out by the Commerce Street Office of ETDZ Branch, Transportation Bank.
　　2. The payment of non-bank savings customers will be made according to the date and place stated in the bill. In case of exceeding the deadline, payment can be made directly at the office of the Company located at 16 Liaohe Xier Road,
